Tara-Leigh, I love your recap. I’ve just started going thru it the second time. In my own study, I got pretty good about “going deep” to mine for those Bible nuggets. But I was missing the larger, meta-narrative. Thank you and your team for such great work!

This is my 2nd run through Job. The first run through I had a rough time understanding why God allowed the deceiver to do all this to Job but I chose to know I’m not God and in His ways I’m ignorant. Going through this with Bible Recap I’m gaining so much more understanding and I’m greatful to God for leading me here. I’m still aware that I’m completely ignorant in how or why God does what He does but I’m learning and becoming closer to Him and that’s my goal!

I found it interesting that Job told his friends that they gave false answers. To me this is showing that Job only trust what God is doing for him no matter the circumstances.
