About offering the blind or blemish, I was actually thinking God was protecting the blind or blemished as others could easily take advantage of them by handing them as an offering to God God wouldn’t want offerings that way, right?

The book of Leviticus is an eye opener on God's grace. The fallen man may use it to oppress others, but I see the grace of God in it. Was teaching someone at my workplace who thought it was a boring book and you should have seen his smile that evening.

If you look at the pattern of leaven it represents sin & wickedness. "Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth." I Corinthians 5:7-8
