This story is so beautiful coming off of the wretched last story of Judges. I think God knew we needed a reprieve. 😅

i have been on the app for almost a year. I began last year and on January 1i started all over with my wife and several family and friends. This is a great way to go through the Bible.

This podcast has broadened my knowledge and understanding, and deepened my love for my Father Yahweh. I study His Word with this podcast every morning, first thing. I used to not be a morning person at all. Now I jump out of bed, eager to hear what my Lord and Savior has to say to me today. Thank you!!

Naomi must have been thinking that she had the hardest life. Little did she know her pain had a purpose and the Messiah would be born through her family and this hard situation. If there was no famine, they wouldn’t have traveled to Moabite territory. Her son would have never married Ruth. If their husbands hadn’t died , they wouldn’t have needed a kinsman redeemer. Without the kinsman redeemer Boaz, David and Jesus wouldn’t have been born in their family. Everything works out. Trust God.

Thank you for this podcast! It encourages me to continue to look for who God is and what he’s done/doing in every passage of Scripture. Along with studying Gods Word myself, this podcast feeds my soul! I am thankful for TLC and all of the staff who make this happen!
