I think that no one sins in a vacuum… and our deliberate sin can hurt others. So David choosing to talk ABOUT God’s plan to move the ark instead of talking TO God about how to do it… caused Uzzah’s death. It is a very hard teaching, bc it seemed like he was trying to do a good thing.

I still find this hard to understand. The ark was going to likely fall from the cart, Uzzah reached out to steady it-and God kills him. I understand the people sinned by using a cart instead of poles; makes sense. I try to understand what Tara Leigh is saying but honestly, I find myself skipping through and just accepting the fact that I don’t get it.
