I am not sure how to say that we are born enemies of God, but I do know we are born sinners. It says so several times, the most prominent in my memory being Psalms 51:5. I was talking with my mom about it, and she says we are born enemies of God. She remembers it from her own time spent reading the scriptures. We are looking, and when we find it, i will tell you were it is.
