@ejgxsaig : Correction: Authorship not certain, but “believed” to be written by Ezra.

My understanding is, we aren’t taking it in strictly chronological order as it was written, but in the order of the events that were written about. So, this order would make perfect sense. Although Chronicles was written much later, it was written by Ezra, who used an extensive library of historical information, compiled by Nehemiah, in order to further detail this time period.

We do have one thing to offer God! Praise and worship are the one thing He has not given to us first that we can offer and give to Him! The Lord loves our desire to praise and worship and glorify Him! ✨👆✨

Also, how do we know if/when there are responses or answers to the comments ts or questions?

I really enjoy this plan for reading the Bible. I’ve read the Bible beginning to end several times, but understanding how things worked chronologically is fascinating. However, this does raise an interesting question. Day 113 we open I Chronicles, which helps understand the chronology of Israel, but I thought we were also working to read the Bible when the various scriptures (i.e., Psalms, Proverbs, etc) were written. Chronicles was actually written after all of the other Old Testament books?
