I think perhaps Jeremiah was no longer in the picture by the time Ezekiel prophesied this. He may have already been taken into exile at this point. I looked up a timeline, and Jeremiah’s time ends about halfway through Ezekiel’s time.

I am not questioning the truthfulness of 22:30, but there is something that I am not understanding. How does Jeremiah fit into this since he seemed to fill that role of being righteous and standing in the breech for Judah?
