@avb12 : *actually means sons. His second to youngest child (at this point) is his daughter, Dinah, so she’s not counted in 32:22

@April My bible has a footnote for 32:22 that says “children” actually means sons. His second to youngest child, Dinah, was a girl, so she was not counted. By the end of chapter 32, he has 12 children: 11 sons and 1 daughter.

12 children? But on Genesis 32 verse 22 it says he only had 11 children?? I'm so confused with todays podcast!
