So in today s time when one commits adultry is it a death sentence? I mean yea their will be consequences, but if they confessed their sin to the Lord are they still or is it still considered a death sentence today ? Does God still forgive the adulterer ? I almost know the answer because Jesus told the lady at the well who was an adulteress to go and sun no more .. thoughts please ??

David definitely became a normal person today. Spiraled out of control with his decisions. Failed at his position as king, God punishes him and David turns back into the leader he was supposed to be. Shows God holds everyone accountable, even kings he appoints. But shows David grace by not killing him for his sins allowing him to stay king. Taking the son was probably worse than taking David’s life.
